google "side step travel" they can do searches on up to 7 different websites
2 :
cheapticket.com and see the rates. you can also check the hotwire, .priceline or some other discount rated company
3 :
Prices may change with your departure date. Get the best deals by visiting some specialized sites that compare instantly airfares from different airlines. The most popular ones are listed here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.aspx No hidden fees. Use flexible dates in your query whenever it is possible. Include low cost airlines in your query when possible

I'm a frequent traveler and constantly monitor the cheapest websites for tickets. To date, I've booked over 100 journeys online and I've only ever booked through 3 websites (not including airline websites if their fares aren't included on consolidator websites, such as ryanair.com). They are: 1) http://www.kayak.com (my personal favorite, as they search 100s of websites, including airline websites, to find you the best prices). 2) http://www.flightnetwork.com (a Canadian website, but their fares are equal to most US sites except they charge in Canadian dollars. When the USD is doing well, you can save a ton of money with these guys). 3) http://www.expedia.com (Always offering competitive rates, I like them because they're consistent. They're usually a bit more than the above 2 but can surprise me occasionally. However, note that their multi-city search is awful.)

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. just go here: http://hs10.info/byxt and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

Expedia has the cheapest flights by far, of all of the tarvel companies online they have been around the longest, originally under a different name, every time I search I wind up booking through them, even if you search around make sure to check it out - here is their promo page - http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-2944039-10521345
